Retreat Description
This weekend of rest and renewal includes creativity, mindfulness, and connection as you meet other Members who care as deeply about Omega as you do.
We hold a special place in our hearts for Omega Members. Members help sustain the work we do year-round and receive benefits in return, like this beloved Members-only retreat, where we nourish our spirits and enjoy the spirit of community. Join us Sunday evening for a welcome celebration where you'll connect with other Members who also care deeply about Omega.
Throughout your stay, enjoy the fall foliage while wandering Omega's gardens, nature trails, and waterfront on
250 acres. Share meals and activities designed especially for Members, including art, mindfulness, forest bathing, movement, writing, and breathwork. Bring a friend, or come on your own and make new friends.
