This session is for those who would like to learn how to put their book out into the world! By the end of the session you'll know exactly what it takes to self-publish your book and get clarity on what next steps to take.

We'll Cover:

• The benefits of self-publishing vs. traditional traditional publishing.

• The concept of passive income, and how you can achieve it.

• How Amazon KDP self publishing worldwide platform works, including a view into an actual publishing account on Amazon.

• The self publishing process, including a review of a detailed task and resource list.

• The cost of self publishing and how to pay for it.

• How to raise money through crowdfunding for your book pre-sale even before it's published.

• How to market and promote your book worldwide.

• Self publishing tips, tricks and the best websites to use.

• Question and answer session.

- All levels are welcome. No skill or previous experience necessary.

- Everything you need will be in the presentation, no additional documents are required.

- All students will receive the self-publishing resources that we cover in class via email.

Training & Qualifications

• Since 2011, August has published six books using Amazon.com's KDP service, five of those books were crowdfunded using Kickstarter.

• August regularly coaches people on self-publishing with Amazon KDP, and has worked on publishing projects with over a dozen published authors.

• Five-day Workshop $480/person (24 Hours)
