This class is for those who would like to explore meditation and creative visualization.

The session can include aspects of :

Training & Qualifications

• My meditation and creative visualization experience spans over 20 years of daily practice. I’ve attended dozens of meditation classes over those years.

• I’ve attended daily meditation classes regularly while working at and visiting holistic retreat centers, including Esalen, Tassajara Zen Center, Sivananda, Shambhala Mountain Center, Dharma Sangha Crestone Mountain Zen Center, Cloud Mountain Buddhist Center, Breitenbush, Kripalu, Kalani and Hawaiian Sanctuary, among others.

• I’ve completed training including Peace Guild at Omega Institute and Boulder Psychic Institute 101, 102 and 103 courses.

• I’ve practiced Shambhala, Tonglen, Zen, Vipassanā , Metta and Transcendental meditation.

• I’ve attended meditations with teachers such as Pema Chodron, Ram Dass, Adyashanti, Rodney Yee, David Life, Sharon Gannon, Thich Nhat Hanh, Elena Brower, Sharon Salzberg, Jack Kornfield, David Deida, Deepak Chopra and Tara Brach, among others.

• My Intuitive Writing classes, that I’ve been teaching since 2015 across the US include a 15-30 minute guided meditation/visualization.

• I've taught at centers around the United States, including the Alpine Arts Center in Vail Colorado, The Lab in Seattle WA, Hawaiian Sanctuary on the Big Island of Hawaii, and the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY.

Session Rates

• 1-1 Individual Sessions. $80/Hour, In Person or Online

• Groups, 5 or more. $60/person (2 Hours)

• One Day Workshops: $140/person (6 Hours)

• Weekend Workshops: $240/ person 2 Days (12 Hours)

• Five-day Workshop $480/person (24 Hours)

• Prerecorded Video Class: $40 (Youtube)
